However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable shipping addresses. In case a shipment is returned due to such reasons, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer along with any applicable penalties.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–6 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location. We aim to ensure doorstep delivery using trusted logistics partners.

Transit Risk Coverage
All Burbeni orders are fully insured at no extra charge during transit. In the rare case of a package being lost in transit, we will reprocess and resend the order. However, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages after successful delivery as confirmed by the courier.

Requesting an Address Change
