🛠️ Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with the fit or style of your product, it can be returned to us. Please note:

• A Return Fee of ₹250 per product will be charged to cover logistics, handling, and packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product.

• All return requests must be emailed to shopburbeni@gmail.com with your order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item:

• Please email us with images of the item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

• Once we verify the issue, a replacement will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds once a product has been sold. However, we offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to size availability and applicable shipping charges.

• Email us your request at shopburbeni@gmail.com.

• Customers must send the product back to us at their own expense. We do not provide reverse pickup service.

• Retain a courier receipt with signature and mobile number of the delivery agent. Burbeni is not responsible for lost returns.

To Qualify for Exchange:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Mention your name, address, email, and desired size clearly inside the parcel.

• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

• Exchanges must be for a different size of the same product. Shipping/COD charges apply for both directions.

Order Cancellations

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at shopburbeni@gmail.com.

• By placing an order, customers agree to Burbeni’s decisions regarding cancellations.

Unavailable Size? We’ve Got You Covered

If your requested size is unavailable during an exchange:

• We will issue a Credit Note via email.

• This credit can be used for your next purchase at burbeni.co.in within 30 days.

Partial Order Exchanges

Yes, you can exchange individual items from your order within 48 hours of delivery, provided they meet our exchange criteria.

Fit Issues

If your product doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to assist with a size exchange (subject to availability). If the size isn’t available, we’ll issue a credit note for future use.

Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Dislike of material, texture, or color – please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• Washed or worn products.

• Products purchased from the SALE section.

• Color variation due to device screens or lighting (10-12% difference may occur).

• Products that do not meet our return condition guidelines.

Our garments are handcrafted with attention to detail, and minor variations in color or finish may occur. These are not considered defects and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
